Three Tricks to Make Your Documents or To Dos Stand Out

Sometimes you want some of your information to stand out - either be easy to spot visually, or to appear first in a list. Here are three great ways to make documents or to dos stand out:

  1. Mark the item with a gold star (more information) - it will both sort to the top of the folder and also be easier to spot
  2. Bold the item title by editing the item and checking the box that says "Bold Name"
  3. Put one or two asterisks "*" in front of the item's title - asterisks will sort to the top of the list, in front of letters and numbers
