HM-EX Questionnaire 3.0
(HM-EX is an acronym for 'honest-measure exchange) This questionnaire originates from 2014. How much more crucial in October 2022 when we might only be a month away from banks' connection to the new ISO 2022 SWIFT 2.0 protocol which can enable total surveillance of all money-trades, and thus control all money-trades?
Central Banking systems have the legal cover to alter the quantity of units in the money pool in at least 3 different ways. The trend is mostly to increase, which amplifies the effective wealth of fractional-reserve loaners and borrowers, at the expense of savers and (non-fractional-reserve) creditors. The fluctuations in the money supply result in uneven escalation of costs/prices, currently approximating 9% [2014, 2022 now ~20%] annually.
1. At what higher price-rise 'inflation' do you anticipate switching to a money-unit different than your country’s current imaginary/fiat type so as to recover the store-of-value feature of money?
2. Should you decide to open an account with a business that provides security for the quantities of measurable substances you are using for money, and clearing-house-exchange services – how much initial wealth would you intend on initially depositing to open that account?
3. When it becomes morally objectionable or effectively impossible to trade by means of the currency that can be manipulated at will by the banks – What substance do you plan on using as a medium of trade directly with your vendors and customers, grocery stores, and gas stations? What unit of measure do you plan on using to register the quantity of money you are trading?
4. What substance do you plan on using as a medium of trade through a 3rd-Party business that helps you trade with your vendors and customers, grocery stores, and gas stations?
5. If you are not planning to use honest measures of definable substance for your trade, what dishonest kind would you be most likely to consider using?
6. How would your trade-substance or 3rd-Party exchange-helper vary between
a.) Trading with neighbors,
b.) Trading with businesses within driving distance,
c.) Trading outside of driving distance,
d.) Trading outside of Country?
7. Would you be interested in exploring the opportunity of being a 3rd-Party business to offer other businesses secure storage and help transferring legal title to honest measures of honest substances?
