Kidnapping is a capital crime. Ex 21:16

Rape of an unengaged, unmarried woman requires a double-dowry (equiv 50 shekels) to be paid to the father, and an unbreakable marriage covenant with the raped woman. Deut 22:28, 29

Consensual intercourse with an un-engaged, unmarried woman requires the standard dowry (equiv 25 shekels) to be paid to the father - whether or not the father allows the marriage of his daughter or not.

Consensual intercourse or rape of a married woman, or men-with-men also a capital crime.

Defiance against these judgments is backed by the threat of capital execution for contumacy against the sentence of the Court.

God, who gives men life, requires innocent men to take the life of those who smash at His image in man according to His definitions. If they refuse, He promises to take away the life of those who refuse (Gen. 9:5,6 "I will require...") This is why our current civilization will pretty much be destroyed before Christ's Church will reconstruct it out of the rubble by re-teaching Christ's Imperial majesty as lawgiver, judge, and emperor. Refusal to execute the capital criminal results in far worse consequences that executing one. Take God's Word for it. Review the stories about Ahab refusing to execute God's enemy, Syrian king Ben-Hadad, the refusal of the tribe of Benjamin to execute their rapists/wanna-be-Sodomites, and the threat of Jehu's threat to his soldiers if they allowed any Ba'al worshipers to escape execution.

Reflect on how various types of capital criminals, in our American civilization, are showing their intent to persecute, and ultimately execute Christians and those who dare publish the principles above. There is a self-defense element here. Do you want to kill others, in obedience to God, or have God use wicked men to kill you -- or perhaps worse -- allow wicked men to coerce "good men" to themselves commit capital crimes. This type of persecution is already being inflicted on our Christian brethren in the world. Their moral corruption of your soul gives the demons more satisfaction than inflicting material pains to your body. Rather fear Him (and His Word) who has the power to destroy both body and soul.

Consider the mass murderer currently "serving" as the putative American president. There are men living now, who, if they refuse to pronounce God's capital sentence against his life, he will be instrumental in causing "innocent" men to die before they were intended by the laws of nature and of nature's Christian, Triune, God of the Bible.

And I am not talking about the thousands of totally innocent, helpless humans dying daily through his promotion of tax-supported feticide...

And I am not talking about the hundreds or thousands of otherwise honorable American Servicemen who are losing their lives perpetrating the popular war-crimes the international bankers are using US Armed Services to commit in multiple countries around the world in order to vainly extend the power of the collapsing, US Dollar to plunder-by-inflation the wealth of other nations.

I am partly considering the future exercise of the human legality granted by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 (not even the ACLU likes it) to execute, kidnap, imprison, or impoverish US citizens in any country, by the armed forces or their commander-in-chief, with no legal recourse, upon mere suspicion.

More ominously, no one can prevent the eventual consistency that will work out regarding perjury. A false witness should suffer the penalty he is trying to get the accused to suffer.

¹⁵ “A single witness shall not rise up against a man on account of any iniquity or any sin which he has committed; on the evidence of two or three witnesses a matter shall be confirmed. ¹⁶ If a malicious witness rises up against a man to accuse him of wrongdoing, ¹⁷ then both the men who have the dispute shall stand before the Lord, before the priests and the judges who will be in office in those days. ¹⁸ The judges shall investigate thoroughly, and if the witness is a false witness and he has accused his brother falsely, ¹⁹ then you shall do to him just as he had intended to do to his brother. Thus you shall purge the evil from among you. ²⁰ The rest will hear and be afraid, and will never again do such an evil thing among you. ²¹ Thus you shall not show pity: life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.

What will happen to those ordained ministers or Christians who publish God's judgment against the various categories of capital criminals who currently enjoy Public Favor (like the Presidents Annual call to celebrate the innocent equality of capital criminals)

"I am confident because I have seen the talent, passion, and commitment of LGBT advocates and their allies, and I know that when voices are joined in common purpose, they cannot be stopped." (2013 Presidential Proclamation)

^{Prov 11:21} Though hand join in hand, the wicked shall not be unpunished: but the seed of the righteous shall be delivered.

^{Prov 16:5} Every one that is proud in heart is an abomination to the Lord: though hand join in hand, he shall not be unpunished.

This is a direct challenge to the word of God. We shall see whose word shall prevail. Remember the Dragon in the Garden, "Yea, has God said..?"

Yes, He has said. Listen up.

So if we say a man deserves to be executed for a crime, and we are wrong about the law or wrong about his guilt -- men are responsible before God to put us to death, since that is the punishment we are falsely assigning to them. They can argue that God will punish them if they refuse to do so.

So what should you do?

First, steel your soul for the painful consequences in our current society that has come about because of the defections of our Fathers. They never should have traded the Law of God for the new Supreme law of the land (US Constitution by the authority of WeThePeople, prohibiting any oath of loyalty to the Triune God, the Bible, or the emperor/lawgiver Jesus Christ). You have nothing left to lose -- physically, materially. We are all on a kind of a corporate "death row" and our summons to suffer may come at any time. If you are going to suffer anyway, at least suffer for being faithful to the Lord Jesus Christ and trust in His Word, instead of facing temporal and eternal loss by being unfaithful to Him. Men will always betray your trust, because they are neither strong nor good, and Jesus has ever proven to be more good and strong than any other.

Second, appeal to your pastor, Bible Teacher, parent, husband, boss, or friends to "kiss the Son", lest they experience the consequences that attend Satan's rebellion. Encourage them to faithfully represent that "all Authority" that Jesus unquestionably claims to judge the living and dead in every era of human history. Remind them their economic support may be related to that faithfulness. Remember Jesus promised that our future eternal status in the kingdom of God (which is our first priority to seek (Mt 6:33) -- will depend on our faithful practice and proclamation consistent with the Old Testament Scriptures that apply to crime and punishment:
