Set Date/Time format:
In 12 Hour format the hours will be displayed as 1 through 12 with “a.m.” and “p.m.”
displayed after the time (ex. 1:00p.m.). In 24 hour format the hours will be displayed as 00 through 23 (ex. 13:00).

Tax: Cannot pay with qms
Realized when I found out that you cannot pay the IRS with Federal Reserve Notes, that it will not be possible to pay your taxes if you want to be honest about substance in money.
It begins to break the issue if you think of owning something, and having the right to control it, how you use it, and if you wish to trade what you own for something someone else owns. Why should the government have a right to cut off a piece of what your trading partner gives you, or what you give your trading partner?
