Dear Brothers, I hope that 496 years later men are still searching the Scriptures daily, finding what things are so, and coming up with better theses than these on those points which the world and the devil are most vigorously assaulting the victorious advance  of the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ.

1.      The “I will require” of Gen. 9:5,6 warns that God will cause premature deaths of a general population that refuses to execute those whom God defines as capital criminals.

2.      Since the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ has been entrusted with the “oracles of God” – the lawgiver and judge, it is especially Her responsibility to warn and instruct Her members and unbelieving neighbors of the consequences of not executing the guilty.

3.      The “his blood will I require at your hand” of Ezekiel 3 & 33, at least means Church members and neighbors will end up getting persecuted and murdered by the very elements in society that they failed to herald as being capital criminals.

4.      The Church does not really confess that feticide is actually murder unless She also proclaims that mother, doctor, consenting father, and assisting nurse should be executed, and if society fails in this – God will design a consequence for that society to fulfill what is meant by “his blood I will require at your hand”.

5.      The “I will require” of Gen. 9:5,6 warns that God will develop widespread property loss – every man plundering his neighbor – if thieves are not forced to render Biblically-defined restitution. Taxing for anything else but punishing crime as God defines – whether by direct tax, unjust war, or increasing the reckoned quantity of money and decreasing its market value – is theft from the worker (worthy of his wage) by both the Collector and the receiver (who has become partner with the thief - Prov 29).

6.      Since the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ has been entrusted with the “oracles of God” – the lawgiver and judge, it is especially Her responsibility to warn and instruct Her members and unbelieving neighbors of the consequences of refusing to require restitution even to the point of indentured servitude.

7.      The “his blood will I require at your hand” of Ezekiel 3 & 33, at least means Church members and neighbors end up getting robbed by the very people they failed to herald as needing to pay restitution (See all Communist, Socialist, and Fascists societies that divest everyone of property in the name of “common ownership”.

8.      The Church does not actually confess that unjust “welfare”, subsidy, warfare, unpayable debt – is theft unless She declares God’s requirements of restitution upon both collector of unjust gain, and recipient of that dishonest gain (as in being “partner with a thief” Prov 29) – and that upon a society that refuses to require that restitution, God will visit increasing poverty by plunder of each man by his neighbor.

9.      The “I will require” of Gen. 9:5,6 warns that God will bring universal oppressing slavery to bad men upon any culture who refuses to execute His requirement of lex talionis (life for life, etc) upon all those who unjustly restrict the freedom of others as defined by God’s law.

10.Since the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ has been entrusted with the “oracles of God” – the lawgiver and judge, it is especially Her responsibility to warn and instruct Her members and unbelieving neighbors of the consequences of not executing God’s prescribed punishment upon those who restrict the freedoms of others.

11.The “his blood will I require at your hand” of Ezekiel 3 & 33, at least means Church members and neighbors end up oppressed and enslaved by the very elements in society whom they failed to herald as needing to have freedom denied because of their aggressive trespassing against their neighbor’s freedom.

12.That the Church has not accurately confessed God’s law concerning humanly legalized violations of this principle unless She confesses that it is theft, kidnapping (which is a capital offense in itself), and – to fine imprison, or execute anyone for which the Bible does not specify a civil punishment.

13.That if the Church fails to accurately publish the distinction between the Biblical definitions of sin vs. crime, the culture will be unable to avoid acquitting the guilty, and punishing the innocent.

14.That any society that elects and re-elects a mass-murderer to the highest office of the land should expect a gracious and just God to bring about retribution in the form of mass-murder throughout that society (your tax dollars at work).

15.That any society that tolerates and volunteers to hand over ownership of the future productivity of their bodies, and especially the bodies of their children  - to their civil government (SSA), should not be surprised that the consequences for idolatry increase in their land, when they render  more percentage of their tribute to Caesar, than to Christ.
