I understand that I need to see a doctor first to get physical therapy. Since my back has been hurting a lot lately, and the pain is spreading to my knee joints, or maybe the other way around, I don't know, so I'm looking for a doctor to consult with.

Yes, you are right, they will not give you physical therapy without a referral from a doctor. So you need to see an orthopedist. You can try orthopedic doctor lincoln ne, who once helped me with my health, and now, about a year has passed, everything is fine and I have no pain.
