Oh man, been there, done that! Your pallet disaster reminds me of the time we tried to "optimize" our warehouse layout. Long story short, it ended with a forklift stuck in drywall and me hiding from the boss for a week! After our fiasco, we found fastcrossdock.com and they were lifesavers. Seriously, these folks know their stuff when it comes to pallet rework and cross-docking. Pro tip: Sometimes it's worth admitting we're not experts at everything. I learned that the hard way when I thought I could rewire our office to save money. Let's just say the fire department got a good laugh that day! Anyone else have recs for solid logistics services?
