I initially got into yoga as a way to complement my strength training routine. I was looking for something that would help me recover faster and prevent injuries, and yoga seemed like the perfect fit. In addition, I decided to use the yoga for beginners Yoga-Go app. I appreciate how the Yoga-Go guides me through each pose and provides modifications for those who may need them. Not only has it helped me improve my flexibility and strength, but it has also enhanced my overall sense of well-being.
