In 12 Hour format the hours will be displayed as 1 through 12 with “a.m.” and “p.m.”

I've recently started building a large e-book collection for a research project, and it's becoming difficult to keep everything organized on my Mac. The default Finder isn’t really cutting it in terms of sorting and tagging files the way I need. Can anyone recommend a good file manager that allows for better file organization and maybe even custom tags or categories? Thanks in advance for any tips!

If you're on a Mac and need something better than Finder, I can vouch for Commander One. I came across it when my default file system just couldn't handle my workload efficiently anymore. I was organizing various project files—photos, videos, documents—and I needed something with more power. After trying out a few options, I ended up at commander one, and it completely changed how I manage files. The dual-pane layout is a real time-saver, letting me work faster without constantly opening new windows. It's been a great tool for both personal and professional use.

Thanks so much for this recommendation! I’ve been struggling with Finder for a while now, and it sounds like Commander One could really improve my workflow. I especially appreciate hearing how it helped you manage different types of files, as I’ve been working with a lot of mixed media lately.
