Java is definitely still relevant! Even with newer languages like Kotlin gaining popularity, Java remains a key player in Android app development because of its reliability, extensive libraries, and strong community support. I recently worked on an e-commerce app where Java was essential for implementing backend processes and ensuring smooth integration with Android APIs. If you're considering diving deeper into Java, this page on Java development services is a great place to start https://digiscorp.com/java-development-services/ . It highlights how versatile and effective Java can be, especially for mobile development. While Kotlin might seem more modern, Java’s stability and cross-platform capabilities make it a solid choice for long-term projects.

Hey folks! I've been thinking about Java and its relevance in mobile app development these days. Back in high school, I remember trying to create a small Android app for a class project using Java. It worked, but I was a complete beginner, so the code was a mess. Fast forward to now, and I see so many other options like Kotlin or Flutter. I’m wondering, does Java still make sense for building mobile apps, or is it better to invest time in learning something newer? What do you think?

I think this is a really good topic! Java has been around for so long that it’s hard to ignore its impact, especially on Android development. That said, it’s cool to see how other tools like Flutter are changing the game. At the end of the day, I guess it depends on the type of app you’re building and what you’re comfortable with. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution!
