Does Valorant truly enforce HWID bans for detected cheaters, and if so, can tools like HWID Changer for Banned Valorant Accounts reliably bypass them? I’d appreciate insights on its effectiveness and safety to avoid further penalties.

Yes, Valorant enforces the HWID ban for cheaters, which I realized from my own experience. After I got banned, I tried using valorant hardware ban. It has been surprisingly effective at bypassing the ban, and I've been playing for a month now without any problems. The tool seems safe, but I was careful not to cause a rediscovery. Anyone in a similar situation should give this tool a try.
