I’ve always wondered if factors like sleep quality or my general health can impact my IQ test results. If I don’t get enough sleep or I’m feeling sick, will my score be affected?

Yes, things like sleep quality and overall health can affect your performance on an IQ test https://www.worldiqtest.com/ . Lack of sleep can impair cognitive functions such as concentration, memory, and problem-solving, making it harder to perform well. When I took this test, I noticed that after a good night’s sleep, I was much sharper and able to think more clearly. For the best results, it’s important to take the test when you're well-rested and feeling healthy!
