Set Date/Time format:
In 12 Hour format the hours will be displayed as 1 through 12 with “a.m.” and “p.m.”

I read a lot on my screen, but sometimes the white background feels too harsh on my eyes. Can changing the screen color make reading more comfortable?

Yes! Adjusting your screen color from https://allcolorscreen.com/ can significantly improve reading comfort by reducing glare and eye strain. Warmer tones, like sepia or light yellow, can make text easier to read for long periods, while softer grays can reduce brightness without losing contrast. I tested different settings using this tool and found that subtle adjustments made a big difference.
