I've been considering switching to an electric water heater for my home.

My current gas one is outdated, and I’ve heard electric models are more energy-efficient and eco-friendly. Living in Seattle, where we get mild winters, I feel like it might be a good option. Does anyone here have experience with electric water heaters and how they perform in our climate?

I made the switch to an electric water heater last year, and it’s been great so far. They’re much quieter than gas models, and you don't have to worry about gas leaks or venting. Plus, with Seattle's mild climate, an electric heater can provide all the hot water you need without using too much energy. You might notice a slight increase in your electricity bill, but it's manageable if your home is well-insulated.

They serve not only Seattle but also the surrounding areas, which is convenient. That’s really good to hear! I’ve been doing some research into local services, and I came across https://bens.plumbing/services/water-heater-repair-seattle/electric/  for electric water heater installations and repairs. I’m seriously thinking about giving them a call to gather more details, especially about their pricing and service quality. Has anyone else here used their services before? Or maybe someone has other recommendations for reliable companies in the area? It would be great to hear some firsthand experiences before making a decision.
