Our company is trying to improve the efficiency of our supply chain, and we’re exploring different
The main issue we face is with forecasting demand accurately and reducing lead times. We’ve tried a few basic tools, but none seem to provide the insights we need for long-term planning. Any suggestions for a more advanced solution?

If you’re looking for something more advanced, I’d recommend focusing on software that can model different supply chain scenarios. We had trouble with forecasting too, and it wasn’t until we implemented a simulation-based tool that we saw real improvements. Do you need something that works across multiple departments?

I think a simulation and optimization platform could really help you out. We had a similar situation and started using a tool designed specifically for businesses needing more advanced planning features. I’d recommend supply chain planning software it’s built for complex supply chains and has been extremely helpful in improving our lead times and overall efficiency.
