DO YOU REALLY BELIEVE IN THE ONE THAT THE FATHER SENT?

DO YOU REALLY BELIEVE IN THE ONE
              THAT THE FATHER SENT?

When we really believe in the one that The Father sent, we submit to
His authority by obeying His Commandments.  Here, the apostle John
wrote:

" And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the
name [authority] of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as
he gave us commandment.  And he that keepeth his
commandments DWELLETH IN HIM [meno]  and he in him. And
hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath
given us." 1 John 3:23-24

The Bible says that in order to be saved you must ABIDE IN
CHRIST.

1.  How do you abide in Christ?
        "ALL WHO KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS
                        ABIDE IN HIM."
                                    1 John 3:24
2.  Do those who abide in Christ commit sin?
        "WHOSOEVER ABIDETH IN HIM
                           SINNETH NOT."
                            1 John 3:6

3.  What will happen to those who do NOT abide in Christ?
"If a man does not ABIDE  in me,
                   He is cast forth as a branch and withers;
                           and the branches are gathered,
thrown into the fire and burned.
                                  (Jesus speaking)  John 15:6 (RSV)

* The word ABIDE comes from the Greek:  meno, which means
"to remain in."  All who are truly born of God are "in Christ."
BUT to be saved from destruction you must REMAIN in Christ.
The scriptures are clear ....

        THOSE WHO ABIDE IN CHRIST
                 KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS
                        AND SINNETH NOT!

Friends, I ask you:  "How can someone who is sinning say that he
sinneth not?"  If you are still breaking any of God's Ten
Commandments, (including the Sabbath) you will receive the death
penalty.  To be saved, ask Jesus to deliver you from sin's power.  If
you will choose to stop sinning completely, God will give you the
grace to overcome all sin. You see, true faith is the faith to obey
God --no matter what it might cost.

On the other hand, if you refuse to obey even one of God's
commandments you will not ABIDE in Christ and on Judgment
day you will be "gathered, thrown into the fire and BURNED."
God is waiting for you to make your choice ...
