Rental rates include utilities. Weeks run from Saturday to Friday unless special arrangements are made. All rentals are prepaid by cheque, bank draft, wire transfer or PayPal (add 2% for PayPal). Please make payable to personal names (Gilles Racine or Johanna Denesiuk or both) and not to Housienda Properties (shown on our Agreement) since we do not operate a banking account in the business name (it is used for tax purposes only).
$1,000 (or full amount, if lesser) due upon booking;
balance: $70 fee and $500 deposit due 60 days prior to arrival.
