04 Maizey
Update received April 2011: Just thought I'd send a quick update on Maizey. She's doing great! We are seeing more of her fun playful side with squeaky toys we purchased as she loves to carry them around, squeak them, pounce on them and toss them side to side. She also has been great with the neighborhood kids as they have come over to meet her. She loves to play fetch endlessly with them and has been so gentle. I have even taken her up to the elementary school to pick up my daughter from school and she has done well with kids who have wanted to pet her. I sent along a picture of the girls walking Maizey. They love to take turns walking her around the block!
Update received April 2011 (on her first morning in her new home): On her first morning in her hew home: This morning the kids were very excited to see her and the cutest moment was when my oldest was just starting to practice her violin, Maizey was very interested, standing close, looking at her and the violin, and tipping her head back and forth! I also took her for a walk, she walked great!
