Garlic & Herb Beer Bread
Base Recipe: 3 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp granulated sugar 1 tbsp baking powder 12 oz beer of choice
Preheat oven to 375 degrees, lightly grease an 8" bread pan, I used Pam's extra virgin olive oil spray, and beat the glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
In a medium sized bowl, combine all of the base ingredients except the beer, then add in the flavorings. Once the dry ingredients are well mixed, slowly pour in the beer while stirring. When its just mixed, pour the dough into the bread pan.
10 minutes before done baking (after 30-35 minutes), pull bread out of the oven and pour some melted butter over top, then put back in.
Cook for about 45 minutes (total) or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
