PIOUS SLOGANS
PIOUS SLOGANS
You have heard them, too. Like: "Jesus is my sabbath" I even heard "Jesus is the sabbath day." What nonsense! Yes, they are foolish attempts to reject the very commandment that honors Jesus as the Creator:
"God ... Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; Hebrews 1:1-2
Pious slogans sound good to people who want to rest undisturbed in their sins --but what they need to hear is: "...If you would enter life, keep the Commandments."* The church is in apostasy. People won't wake up until they hear trumpets that give a certain sound of alarm instead of ambiguous lullabies that sooth them as they sleep.

* Matthew 19:17
The fourth Commandment:
Exodus 20:8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Exodus 20:9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: Exodus 20:10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: Exodus 20:11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
