CHRISTIANS, THE LORD IS COMING -- BE READY!
CHRISTIANS, THE LORD IS COMING -- BE READY!
Robert Abu John wrote: “Amazing! I like the phrases " Willfully sinning and intentionally disobeying god" because God says His anger is against them that "hold the truth in unrighteousness" after having known (Rom.1:18-20). The judgment would likely be based on how much truth we know about God."
Donna writes: Yes, anyone who is not ready for the Lord’s return will be rejected on judgment day. Before they die the second death, the degrees of punishment will vary according to what a person knew and did.
Luke 12:46 The lord of that servant [who was not ready] will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will APPOINT HIM HIS PORTION WITH THE UNBELIEVERS.
Luke 12:47 And that servant, which knew his lord's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes.
Luke 12:48 But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.
It is a great deception for Christians to think they will be cleansed from sin when the Lord returns.
