Chicken and Brats for a Crowd

Chicken
84 chicken breasts- skin and soak in salted water for a while to help kill bacteria
Parboil chicken in pot of water for about 20 minutes, or until chicken is good through
When ready, dunk chicken pieces in BBQ sauce and grill quickly
 
Brats
Parboil sausages in pot of water until done
BBQ large Johnsonville sausages on grill with sauce; serve with hot dog buns, mustard, etc.
