Set Date/Time format:
In 12 Hour format the hours will be displayed as 1 through 12 with “a.m.” and “p.m.”
displayed after the time (ex. 1:00p.m.). In 24 hour format the hours will be displayed as 00 through 23 (ex. 13:00).
You can always change your time zone by going to your Account Settings.

Banana Apple Muffins
I made these Sept 2024 with our mutsu apples.
1 C butter, softened
1.5 C sugar
2 eggs
2 bananas mashed
4 C all-pupose flour (I used whole wheat)
5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 C milk
3 C gala apples peeled and chopped (I used 6 intermediate mutsu, seemed to be 4-5 C worth)
1 tsp vanilla
preheat overn 350f
line muffin pans with paper liners or spray-coat (I rubbed oil with my finger)
cream butter + sugar in large bowl, add eggs and bananas
combine flour, baking powder, salt in sparate bowl, mix sugar with cinnamon in small bowl; coat apples with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
gradually add flour mixtur and milk to butter mixture, beating o0n medium speed.
stir in apples and vanilla.
spoon batter into muffin cups until half full (my whole wheat version didn’t rise much, so fill more?)
if desired, sprinkle additional cinnamon/sugar on top.
