KIVETON SUMMER LEAGUE
KIVETON SUMMER LEAGUE
4 Groups of 4 Anglers
The groups will be determined by a random draw.
3 Fixtures to be fished on Kiveton Waters Open over 6 weeks periods. The anglers are to organise between themselves when this will take place. Only one fixture can take place per match.
I will do my best to provide an open every week, please note due to club bookings not every week will an open be available hence why you have 6 weeks to complete 3 fixtures.
This will be done over 4 rounds, during the periods shown below.
Round 1 - 1/5/22 – 12/6/22
Round 2 - 19/06/22 – 31/07/22
Round 3 - 7/08/22 – 18/09/22
Round 4 - 25/09/22 – 06/11/22
3 Points for a win, 1 for a draw and 0 for a loss.
The top 2 anglers in the table will progress to the final with 2 places available for biggest two cumulative weights over the group stages.
The final will be 10 anglers battling out for a winner’s pot, the unique thing that will make the final fairer and more spontaneous is the finalist will be split into group winners and group runners up and then the final 2 big weight entries.
The group winners will draw 1 to 4 and select there peg from a pre-selected set of pegs
The group runners up will draw 5 to 8 and select their peg with two anglers through on weight drawing 9-10.
This will give a slight advantage to being a group winner at the draw
The final will be held in the 11/11/2022
£50 Entry fee
£5 Each fixture to league (Per angler 12 x £5 = £60)
Please make payment of your £50 no later than the Monday 18th April (Note you can pay full £110 or pay £50 to secure place and then £5 per fixture after that)
If for any reason you can’t make a match you can appoint a stand in on a maximum of 2 occasions. You can forfeit a round if circumstances are unavoidable. All fees are still due.
All fixture results will be published and available upon request this includes up to date tables etc.
