Safe operation rules of copper bending cutting machine
Any machine must be used in accordance with the prescribed operating regulations, and the same is true for the copper bending machine. Reasonable operation is conducive to the extension of the service life of the machine. Before operation, the fuel tank must be filled with oil before starting the machine for the first time to avoid damage to the oil pump. You must read this manual carefully and be familiar with the structure, performance and operation methods of the machine. Do not bring a scarf or wear clothes such as a coat to operate. Use the correct method to work in order to stop and get out of danger as soon as possible in the event of a failure.
If the ambient temperature is lower than 0°C, it should be turned on for a few minutes before working.Assembling, debugging (aligning the mold, adjusting the blade gap) or disassembling the mold must be carried out by personnel familiar with the copper cutting machine in accordance with the prescribed regulations. When the copper cutting machine is working normally, do not put your hands or part of your body between the upper and lower molds (blade) to avoid accidents. Do not put all sundries and tools on the workbench to avoid accidents caused by rolling into the mold or knife edge. Since this machine can be operated by multiple people, there must be someone responsible for directing production. The gap between the cutting blade and the die and the bending radius must be selected according to the thickness of the copper bar (or aluminum bar). Be sure to stop the machine when changing the mold to avoid danger. During operation, you must be careful while holding the workpiece while waiting for the slide to move down. The sharpness of the cutting edge of the blade and die should be checked regularly. If the cutting edge is found to be dull, it should be sharpened or replaced in time. Keep the oil clean and the oil path unblocked, and lubricate the moving parts of each unit every shift. Electrical and hydraulic components must be flexible in movement and correct in position. If abnormalities are found, they must be stopped for inspection immediately.
After the operation is completed, be sure to shut down safely in the following order: Turn off the working buttons of each unit. Turn off the power switch on the operation panel. Turn off the main circuit air switch. Turn off the power switch of the workshop. The above is the operating process specification of the busbar bender machine, and the user must strictly abide by it during use.
