Before machine maintenance or cleaning, the upper mold should be aligned with the lower mold and then shut down until the work is completed. If you need to start or perform other operations, select the manual mode and ensure safety. The maintenance content is as follows:
The oil is very important to the bus bar machine.The hydraulic oil circuit is lubricated every day according to the lubrication requirements. Lubricate the ball screw and rolling guide every day after cleaning. Before working every day, wipe off the residue on the mold. Clean the filter screen of the oil outlet filter regularly. Check the oil tank of the gas-liquid pump regularly, change it after one month of first use, and change the oil every year according to the specific situation. The minimum oil temperature is not less than 10℃. Check the oil level of the oil tank every week. If the hydraulic system is repaired, it should also be checked. If the oil level is lower than the oil window, add hydraulic oil; Fill the oil tank with No. YB-N46 hydraulic oil, which must be filtered with an oil filter below 10 mesh. The fuel tank can only be refueled after the fuel tank is cleaned, and the depth is within the range of the fuel tank scale.
The filter, each time the oil is changed, the filter should be replaced or thoroughly cleaned; other filter abnormalities such as related alarms or unclean oil on the machine tool should be replaced; the air filter on the fuel tank should be inspected and cleaned every 3 months, It is best to replace it in 1 year. , Hydraulic components clean hydraulic components (base plate, valve, motor, pump, oil pipe, etc.) monthly to prevent dirt from entering the system, and cleaning agents cannot be used; after using the new busbar machine for one month, check whether the bending of each oil pipe is deformed. The abnormality should be replaced. After two months of use, the connections of all accessories should be tightened, and the system should be shut down during this work, and the system has no pressure
