Smaller projects, like decorative or installing a new heating system do not need permits to be completed. Most larger projects like additions and those involving additions, plumbing, or electrical will need permits. We can help you navigate the permit process to get exactly what you need.

More complex projects will end up costing you more than simple projects. A project may seem simple at first, but after doing your own research and discussing with us, you may find that it’s more complex and will require more time and money to complete. Of course, we do our best to keep costs low.
