Thanksgiving 2008
Thanksgiving 2008
Welcome everyone to a few holiday pictures of our get together at Jim & Kim's place.
Starting at home, here are the fixin's for some holiday pies.
Sue cooked up two pumpkin and a couple of chocolate pies per our family tradition.
Sue holds on to a squirmy Reagan as Kim fixes her hair for the big day.
Reagan seemed pleased about it afterwards.
Jim gets ready to carve up the bird. Jim and Kim put out quite a spread.
Sue helped out a bit with the preparations. In addition to turkey, there was squash casserole, two kinds of gravy, garlic biskets, mac'n cheese, cornbread, beans, garlic and regular mashed potatoes plus stuffing. Kim and Sandra provided the Southern flavor to this year's menu.
The list would be longer if I had a better memory.
Bri, with Trav and Greg. More food included a couple kinds of rolls and a ham.
There were more desserts around than I could keep track of.
After dinner, Reagan disappeared and was found in the dining room helping herself to cranberry sauce.
Hi there.
But getting caught didn't stop her from getting another taste.
She had appropriated a butter knife and was doing very well in getting some out without making a mess.
Looks like it made a hit.
Sue and Sandra joined in the fun.
Trav joined the two grandmas as Reagan also shared some of Sue's pumpkin pie.
