September 2012 The 50-year old Lake House Driveway got a facelift! Empire Asphalt of Santa Rosa did crack sealing, patching, a new top coat and 4 tons of new asphalt for a new 'apron' at the bottom. Now hopefully bumpers won't hit as cars go up/down the driveway. Rob spent 16 hours getting the driveway all cleaned & cleared for their work, including 6 hours of pressure washing.

Thats a nice asphalt job! one of my random responsibilities at work is to inspect and manage the maintenance of the asphalt cap ( which was constructed in 1985 and is rotting away) at the Montrose Superfund Site so I spend several hours a month walking about looking old asphalt and directing asphalt contractors. i have learned to appreciate a nice asphalt job!
