Thank you Adelaide for your link . I went through it and learned a lot. It's an encyclopedia of how you can dislike someone and give them your opinion. We don't have enough of that in our lives. Our enemy is our language and short temper. Keep your enemy closer to you than your friend. These quotes mean a lot in my life. By the way, I not only try to think positively, but I also practice meditation - it helps a lot to find yourself at a difficult time or in times of panic attacks. 5/18/2023
