Okay, allow me to explain:

1. All law is contract law because of the uniform commercial, and the War Powers Act, and the bankruptcy.

2. As long as you can are a priveleged member of the bar association that's fair, isn't it?

3. In contract law, there are supposed to be equal terms, that's fair, isn't it?

4. In contract law, everyone is supposed to be equal the table.

5. Your offspring are your blood property, the commercial term is children, and the laws are all based upon that premise from their creation.

6. Title 42 is mainly based upon the same principals for the same reasons.

7. Any funding under title 42 is supposed to be used in accordance with federal laws and rules and codes and statutes and the statutes at large.

8. The purpose of public programs is to aid and benefit families.

9. These people are expending public resources to harm and damage children and families and this is fact well established in law.

10. Violations of the federal law indicate that programs are designed to force choices based upon fisical incentives rather than helpful scenarios which would greatly diminish and eliminate the need for their services to begin with.

A case plan is the product, it is the service, it is what you get at the table. Did you need this product? Did you want it? Is the product in accordance with the rules, statutes, and codes?

Were you forced to purchase this product with your personal resources?  What did you get in in exchange?  Are you truly in 'NEED OF SERVICES' per the rules, statutes, and codes?  Are your children in need of services?  Demand that they are provided in accordance to your satisfaction under the consumer protection laws of your state.

Why wouldn't you?!
