Well, I started by cutting down on processed foods and refined sugars. Instead, I focused on incorporating more whole foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats into my meals. I also paid attention to portion sizes and made sure to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
