It provides easy central setup and administration, group branding, top-level security & privacy controls, and the highest level of features for all Team members.

You can add more capacity to your paid subscription plan by choosing one of three Expansion Packs during your subscription purchase. You can also add these options to your Solo or Team plan at any time.
Both single-user Solo and multi-user Team plans can purchase additional capacity. Each level adds more calendar capacity, file space & daily file bandwidth, photo storage, & addresses capacity. You also gain access to other expanded features, like more Event Tags in your calendars. Solo plans gain additional calendars as well.

If you need a team plan with less than 300 seats that is not currently offered, please note that we do not offer custom team sizing. For example, if you are looking for a team plan with only 5 seats, you would need to purchase our 10-user team plan since that is the next size plan we offer.

No. You only pay for your plan and any add-on options you choose. There are no additional taxes or usage fees. Your bill will stay the same every month (or year, if you pay annually) unless you change your plan.
Yes, all pricing is U.S. $. When you purchase (and then on any subsequent subscription renewal dates) the U.S. dollar price is converted to your local currency at that day's rate. It's a very competitive automatic conversion.
You are free to cancel or modify your plan at any time.
When you cancel your plan your credit card or other payment method is immediately disconnected from your Keep&Share account and will never be charged again. Any first-time subscription has a 30-day “no questions asked” money-back guarantee. Outside the initial 30-day money-back guarantee period, no payments are refundable. After cancellation, accounts revert to free Basic account status and you will have limited access to your data and paid account features.
If you upgrade (or downgrade) your plan, the unused portion of your most recent payment will be used towards your first purchase in the new plan, or until the full credit has been used.
