What are the maintenance and maintenance methods of the CNC busbar machine?
The moving parts of the CNC busbar machine should be kept clean, and the oil should be supplied several times a day to ensure the normal operation of each unit. The oil level and the pipeline should be checked every day before starting the machine. Whether there is any abnormality in the electrical system, pay attention to the fixing bolts of each unit and the bottom of the oil cylinder. Whether the bolts are tightened, if there is any abnormality, please remove it in time before proceeding. The get off work surface and each unit require oiling maintenance before leaving work. The CNC bus processing machine has not been used for a long time (more than two weeks). When restarting, the moving parts should be cleaned and sorted and lubricated. After the machine is started, it needs to run for 5-10 minutes without any abnormalities. . Check the level gauge in the fuel tank regularly (every working day). If the oil is insufficient, please replenish it in time. The hydraulic oil must use the specified type (N46# in summer and N32# in winter) anti-wear hydraulic oil.
The characteristics of No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil will change every 6 months or after 5000 to 20000 hours of use on the CNC busbar bending machine, and it will tend to solidify (dense). Generally, the oil should be changed when it has been used for 5000 hours or the color of the oil turns brown-black. After long-term use of the CNC bus processing machine, please adjust the overflow valve when the working pressure is not reached. When adjusting, loosen the lock nut and turn the bolt clockwise to increase the pressure, otherwise it is to reduce the pressure. Press the back button to the top dead center position and press continuously to see if the pointer of the pressure gauge is around 25MPa (punching and shearing pressure is 28MPa, and the bending pressure is adjusted to 16-20 MPa according to the row), and the test can reach normal operation. When working, tighten the lock nut. Do not use the CNC bus processing machine in a corrosive gas, flammable, explosive, or damp environment, otherwise it will cause damage to the equipment components and even part of the electronic control unit, resulting in the machine not working properly, and may also cause a fire.
The electrical components and circuits of the CNC bus bar machine have high requirements for dust, temperature, humidity, etc. Users with poor working environment should consider isolating the equipment from the harsh environment, and install ventilation or air conditioning equipment to ensure the durability of the equipment . After starting the CNC bus processing machine, the cooling fan is turned on in summer to cool down, and the equipment is manually operated to warm up in dry operation in winter.
